i/o psychologist · ai developer

I’m a techno-optimist focused on human-AI coordination.

Currently, I’m on the field team at Glean helping customers design agents and develop organizational strategies for navigating the accelerated frontier.

One of my driving curiosities relates to how we can design sociotechnical systems that maximize human potential and control in an increasingly multi-agent world.

Formally, I have a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College, where I had a brief stint as an adjunct, teaching sociotechnical theory.

I didn’t last long in academia. By 2021, I moved to California to work for SpaceX, where I led people analytics and research initiatives within our operations engineering unit.

During that time, I got into building software. By the end of 2024, I left to focus full-time on applied AI. In a year, my team and I bootstrapped an AI product and consulting studio from 0-1, which built social agents, digital twins, and AI characters for creators and brands.

One of my core beliefs is that you should be pursuing an ever-growing list of side quests. Most recently, I’ve been learning to do AI research. I’m particularly interested in the framings of machine psychology and cybernetics applied to multi-agent systems, which I intend to write more about.

If you’d like to connect, the best way to get in touch is on X. I’m always looking for new collaborators and compute sponsors.
